A delicious and easy overnight oats recipe topped with a salted caramel sauce, perfect for a quick breakfast!
Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons salted caramel sauce, plus more for topping
- 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt, plus more for topping if desired
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 apple, such as Honeycrisp, Pink Lady, or Granny Smith, finely diced (about 1 1/2 cups)
- Pinch of flaky sea salt, for topping, optional
Instructions
- To a medium microwave-safe container or bowl, add the salted caramel sauce. Microwave until runny, about 15 seconds.
- Add the yogurt, water, and cinnamon, and whisk until well combined.
- Add the oats and chopped apples and use a spoon to stir everything together.
- Cover the container with its lid (or divide the mixture into two individual containers or jars) and refrigerate overnight, at least 8 hours.
- Remove the container from the fridge and scoop portions into individual bowls, if needed.
- If you like your overnight oats warm, microwave for about 45 seconds before adding toppings.
- Top with a drizzle of warmed salted caramel sauce and flaky sea salt if desired.
