Description

A delicious and easy overnight oats recipe topped with a salted caramel sauce, perfect for a quick breakfast!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons salted caramel sauce, plus more for topping
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt, plus more for topping if desired
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 apple, such as Honeycrisp, Pink Lady, or Granny Smith, finely diced (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt, for topping, optional

Instructions

  1. To a medium microwave-safe container or bowl, add the salted caramel sauce. Microwave until runny, about 15 seconds.
  2. Add the yogurt, water, and cinnamon, and whisk until well combined.
  3. Add the oats and chopped apples and use a spoon to stir everything together.
  4. Cover the container with its lid (or divide the mixture into two individual containers or jars) and refrigerate overnight, at least 8 hours.
  5. Remove the container from the fridge and scoop portions into individual bowls, if needed.
  6. If you like your overnight oats warm, microwave for about 45 seconds before adding toppings.
  7. Top with a drizzle of warmed salted caramel sauce and flaky sea salt if desired.
