Description

Delicious crispy baked chicken wings seasoned with paprika, garlic powder, and more, perfect for any gathering!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional, for serving: Buffalo Sauce, Ranch Dressing, Blue Cheese Dressing or your dipping sauce of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Spray the wire rack with cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Use paper towels to pat the wings until very dry. Drying them well will help them to crisp up in the oven.
  4. Place the wings in a large bowl. Drizzle with the olive oil and toss to coat.
  5. Sprinkle the seasonings over the wings in the bowl a little at a time, tossing to coat after each addition of seasonings, until you’ve used all of the seasonings to evenly coat all of the chicken wings.
  6. Place wings on the wire rack that’s set over the baking sheet, spreading them out in an even layer. Bake for 20 minutes, then flip the wings over. Bake for 20-30 more minutes, until wings are crispy and golden brown. (Wings are best when cooked to an internal temperature of 190-200° F.)
  7. Serve immediately, with your desired dipping sauces.
