This delicious blueberry bundt cake is moist, flavorful, and easy to make.

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F and grease and flour a Bundt pan.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and sour cream to the batter, beginning and ending with flour. Mix gently.
- Toss blueberries lightly in flour and fold into the batter.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 60–75 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh blueberries if available.
- This cake can be served with a dusting of powdered sugar on top.
