Description

A delicious and healthy overnight chocolate oats recipe with almond butter and chia seeds.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup old fashion oats
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Combine milk, almond butter, honey, cocoa powder, and vanilla in a mason jar (or any container) and whisk until smooth and lump-free.
  2. Add the oats, chia seeds, and salt. Stir to combine.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  4. Before serving, top with sliced bananas, sliced almonds, and an extra drizzle of almond butter.
