A delicious and healthy overnight chocolate oats recipe with almond butter and chia seeds.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons almond butter
- 1 to 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup old fashion oats
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Combine milk, almond butter, honey, cocoa powder, and vanilla in a mason jar (or any container) and whisk until smooth and lump-free.
- Add the oats, chia seeds, and salt. Stir to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, top with sliced bananas, sliced almonds, and an extra drizzle of almond butter.

- Can be prepared up to 3 days in advance.
- Adjust honey to taste depending on sweetness preference.
