Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 Laughing Cow cheese wedge
- 1 handful Arugula or any greens
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Olives
- 1 cup Deli meat or sliced chicken
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Spray the parchment paper with cooking spray to keep the wrap from sticking. This is super important!
- In a blender, blend the cottage cheese, egg whites, and spices together until smooth.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, and spread it to create a thin layer, ensuring the parchment paper is not visible underneath.
- Bake for 35 to 50 minutes, depending on the thickness of your wrap, until golden brown on top and slightly soft to the touch.
- Allow the wrap to cool slightly before using it to make your favorite wraps.
