Description

A delicious and healthy wrap using cottage cheese, egg whites, and your favorite fillings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup egg whites
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 Laughing Cow cheese wedge
  • 1 handful Arugula or any greens
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Olives
  • 1 cup Deli meat or sliced chicken
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Spray the parchment paper with cooking spray to keep the wrap from sticking. This is super important!
  2. In a blender, blend the cottage cheese, egg whites, and spices together until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, and spread it to create a thin layer, ensuring the parchment paper is not visible underneath.
  4. Bake for 35 to 50 minutes, depending on the thickness of your wrap, until golden brown on top and slightly soft to the touch.
  5. Allow the wrap to cool slightly before using it to make your favorite wraps.
