- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 8 ounces brie cheese, cut into 24 equal cubes
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 large egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut into 24 equal squares.
- Press each square gently into the muffin tin wells.
- Place 1 cube of brie into each pastry cup.
- Spoon about 2 teaspoons cranberry sauce over each piece of brie, dividing the full cup evenly among all 24 bites.
- Sprinkle the chopped rosemary evenly over all bites.
- Brush the exposed pastry edges with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan. Serve warm.
