Description

Delicious bite-sized treats made with brie cheese and cranberry sauce wrapped in flaky puff pastry.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 ounces brie cheese, cut into 24 equal cubes
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 large egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut into 24 equal squares.
  3. Press each square gently into the muffin tin wells.
  4. Place 1 cube of brie into each pastry cup.
  5. Spoon about 2 teaspoons cranberry sauce over each piece of brie, dividing the full cup evenly among all 24 bites.
  6. Sprinkle the chopped rosemary evenly over all bites.
  7. Brush the exposed pastry edges with the beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
  9. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan. Serve warm.
