Delicious and healthy pomegranate gummies made with natural ingredients.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/2 cup beet juice (or more pomegranate)
- 3 tbsp grass-fed gelatin
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2–3 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Place silicone molds on a flat cookie sheet. Alternatively, you can use a square baking dish and cut the mixture into gummies once they’re set.
- In a small saucepan, combine the pomegranate juice, lime juice, and honey. Whisk together over low heat. Don’t bring it to a bubble/boil.
- Next, whisk in the gelatin one tablespoon at a time, making sure each tablespoon is fully dissolved in the liquid before adding the next. Heat the mixture until steaming hot but not boiling, then remove from heat.
- Use a dropper or a small spoon to fill the molds. Alternatively, pour the entirety of the hot liquid into a baking pan.
- Place molds or baking pan into the refrigerator to set the gummies firm up—usually around 30 minutes, depending on your mold size—pop them out and transfer them to an airtight container.
- Keep them in the refrigerator, where they’ll stay fresh for up to a week.
Notes
- Make sure each tablespoon of gelatin is fully dissolved for the best texture.
- You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
