- 1 cup Tzatziki Sauce (Greek yogurt, cucumber, and garlic)
- 1 cup Roasted Red Peppers (fresh roasted or jarred varieties)
- 1 cup Marinated Artichoke Hearts (or marinated olives or capers)
- 0 cup Kalamata Olives (any type of olive)
- 0 cup Feta Cheese (or goat cheese, vegan feta)
- 1 large Cucumber (or zucchini, bell peppers)
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes (or grape tomatoes, diced regular tomatoes)
- 4 pieces Whole Wheat Pita Bread (or gluten-free pita, crackers)
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil (flavored oils can be used)
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (or mint, basil)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Warm the pita wedges on a baking tray for about 5 minutes.
- Prepare the dips in small serving bowls.
- Arrange the roasted peppers, marinated artichokes, olives, feta, cucumber, and tomatoes around the dips.
- Drizzle olive oil over the platter and sprinkle with parsley.
- Serve immediately with warm pita wedges.
