  • 0 cup Kalamata Olives (any type of olive)
  • 0 cup Feta Cheese (or goat cheese, vegan feta)
  • 1 large Cucumber (or zucchini, bell peppers)
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes (or grape tomatoes, diced regular tomatoes)
  • 4 pieces Whole Wheat Pita Bread (or gluten-free pita, crackers)
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil (flavored oils can be used)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (or mint, basil)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Warm the pita wedges on a baking tray for about 5 minutes.
