- 2 cups heavy cream
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ⅓ cup passion fruit pulp, (about 3–4 passion fruits)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- fresh passion fruit pulp, for topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream and sugar. Bring to a gentle boil, stirring constantly, and boil for 3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Remove from heat. Stir in passion fruit pulp and lemon juice until fully combined.
- Pour mixture into serving glasses or ramekins. Let cool slightly, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours until set.
- Top with fresh passion fruit pulp just before serving, if desired.
Notes
- This dessert can be made a day in advance for an even smoother texture.
- For a stronger passion fruit flavor, adjust the amount of passion fruit pulp to your taste.
