Description

This delicious cream cheese pineapple cheese ball is perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple very well drained
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup green onions finely sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup pecans finely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, very well-drained crushed pineapple, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, sliced green onions, and garlic powder. Mix until fully combined and smooth.
  2. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for 1 hour to firm up.
  3. Transfer the chilled mixture onto plastic wrap and shape into one large ball.
  4. Spread the finely chopped pecans on a plate and roll the cheese ball over the pecans, pressing gently so they fully coat the surface.
  5. Wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for best texture.
