- 800 g chicken breast (diced into bite-sized pieces)
- 3–4 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons dried mixed herbs
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons olive oil (for cooking)
- 800 g raw potatoes (cut into cubes)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 120 ml milk (of your choice)
- 100 g light cream cheese
- 40 g grated Parmesan
- 50 g shredded mozzarella
- fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine diced chicken with chopped garlic, onion powder, dried herbs, chili flakes, smoked paprika, and salt. Stir until the chicken is evenly coated with seasonings.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook until golden brown and no longer pink, about 8-10 minutes.
- While the chicken is cooking, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add cubed potatoes and cook until fork-tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, toss the drained potatoes with garlic powder, mixed herbs, chili flakes, and paprika. Make sure they’re well-coated.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together milk, light cream cheese, grated Parmesan, and shredded mozzarella until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold the sautéed chicken into the seasoned potatoes. Pour the creamy sauce over the top, ensuring everything is coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and golden on top.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, add more chili flakes to taste.
- This recipe can be made with different protein sources such as turkey or tofu.
