Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and slice each one in half.
- Rinse and pat dry the sprouts to ensure they roast, not steam.
- In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder if using.
- Arrange them on a baking sheet cut side down, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, checking around the 20-minute mark for crisp, golden edges.
- Serve immediately while hot and crunchy.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add parmesan cheese before roasting.
- Make sure sprouts are evenly coated with olive oil.
