Description

A creamy and flavorful dip made with cannellini beans, perfect for snacks or appetizers.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 15 ounces cannellini beans (rinsed and drained, or other white beans)
  • 1 small clove garlic (or ½ small clove if you’re sensitive to garlic)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
  2. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.
  3. If it’s too thick, blend in 1 tablespoon of water (or olive oil) to reach your desired consistency.
