Description

Delicious meatballs made with ground beef and cheddar cheese, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups biscuit mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for spice)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, biscuit mix, milk, melted butter, garlic powder, dried parsley, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  3. Use your hands (or a sturdy spatula) to mix everything until fully incorporated but avoid over-mixing.
  4. Using a small cookie scoop or your hands, form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let them cool for about 5 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring them to a serving dish.
