Description
A hearty chicken noodle casserole, perfect for family dinners.
Ingredients

- 12 ounces egg noodles uncooked
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 2 cans (10 ounce) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups frozen peas and carrots or frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley to top
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9″x13″ pan with cooking spray.
- Cook the egg noodles according to package directions.
- In a large bowl, combine the noodles, chicken, soup, milk, cheese, peas and carrots, and seasonings.
- Place the noodle mixture in the prepared dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
Notes
- This dish can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
