Delicious cranberry brie bites made with crescent rolls, perfect for parties and gatherings!
Ingredients

- 1 tube (8 oz) Crescent Roll
- 4 oz Brie Cheese
- 1/2 cup Whole Cranberry Sauce
- 1/4 cup Pecans, Chopped
- 1 spring Rosemary, Finely Chopped
- Zest from 1 Orange
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 24-count mini-muffin tin with non-stick spray.
- Unroll Crescent Roll onto parchment paper. Pinch seams together. Lightly flour a rolling pin and roll the dough out thinner and larger, until it’s about 10″ x 15″.
- Cut into 24 squares. (Each square will be about 2″ x 2″.)
- Place 1 dough square in each muffin spot.
- Cut an 8″ wheel of brie cheese in half. Slice one of the halves into 24 pieces.
- Layer a piece of brie, a pinch of finely chopped rosemary, 1 tsp whole cranberry sauce, orange zest, and chopped pecans into each dough square.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Notes
- These bites are best served warm.
- Feel free to add additional herbs or spices to enhance flavor.
