Description

A delicious chocolate bark made with quinoa, pistachios, and bananas, perfect for a sweet treat or snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups chopped dark chocolate or dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 cups puffed quinoa
  • 1 cup salted pistachios, chopped
  • 2 cups sliced or chopped bananas
  • flaked sea salt for garnish
  • rose petals for garnish

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil, stirring until smooth.
  3. Stir in the puffed quinoa and half of the pistachios.
  4. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer.
  5. Press the sliced bananas into the chocolate, gently pressing so they stick.
  6. If desired, drizzle extra chocolate over the top, then sprinkle with the remaining pistachios and flaked sea salt.
  7. Freeze for 1–2 hours.
  8. Once set, break into pieces and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
