Description
A delicious chocolate bark made with quinoa, pistachios, and bananas, perfect for a sweet treat or snack.
Ingredients

- 2 cups chopped dark chocolate or dark chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 cups puffed quinoa
- 1 cup salted pistachios, chopped
- 2 cups sliced or chopped bananas
- flaked sea salt for garnish
- rose petals for garnish
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in the puffed quinoa and half of the pistachios.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer.
- Press the sliced bananas into the chocolate, gently pressing so they stick.
- If desired, drizzle extra chocolate over the top, then sprinkle with the remaining pistachios and flaked sea salt.
- Freeze for 1–2 hours.
- Once set, break into pieces and store in an airtight container in the fridge.

- Feel free to adjust the sweetness by choosing dark chocolate with your preferred cocoa content.
