Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by gathering all ingredients and tools.
  2. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second bursts until smooth, stirring between intervals.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, and sugar until soft peaks form (about 3-5 minutes).
  4. Gently fold melted white chocolate and vanilla into the mascarpone mixture.
  5. If using fresh raspberries, lightly crush them with a fork; mix in sugar to enhance flavor.
  6. Dip ladyfingers briefly in coffee or espresso (if using) and layer them in your serving dish.
  7. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, followed by half of the crushed raspberries. Repeat layers.
