Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin beef
  • 1 cup aged provolone cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté chopped onions and bell peppers until softened.
  2. Add minced garlic and thinly sliced beef; cook until the beef is browned.
