Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Toss the halved Brussels sprouts in the mixture until fully coated.
- Spread the sprouts evenly on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
