- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 1 cup pineapple rings (fresh or canned)
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey and teriyaki sauce; season with salt and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small patties, about the size of the rolls.
- Bake patties for 20-25 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C).
- Assemble each slider by placing a patty on a roll, topping with cheese, pineapple rings, and shredded lettuce.
- Serve immediately, drizzled with extra teriyaki sauce if desired.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the turkey in teriyaki sauce for a few hours before forming patties.
