- 2 large eggs

- ¼ cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, eggs, flour, and green onions until well combined.
- Scoop the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch) and arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
