Description
A delicious and healthy strawberry protein smoothie made with yogurt, cream cheese, and protein powder.
Ingredients
Scale
- ⅔ cup plain nonfat yogurt
- ⅔ cup whipped cream cheese (nonfat optional)
- 1 cup milk (use more if needed)
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 2 scoops protein powder (vanilla flavor)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup ice cubes
- for garnish: fresh strawberries, mint, mini chocolate chips, nuts, etc.
Instructions
- Blend. Combine the yogurt, cream cheese, milk, strawberries, protein powder, honey, and ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk and blend to a desired consistency.
- Serve. Pour into glasses. Optionally, garnish with fresh strawberries, mint, vegan mini chocolate chips, and a sprinkle of nuts.

- Feel free to customize with your favorite fruits or toppings.
