A delicious beef taco bake with layers of flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups crushed Fritos or Doritos
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions or cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned.
- Add diced onion and taco seasoning, stir and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
- In a greased 9×13 baking dish, layer half of the crushed chips.
- Spread beef mixture over the chips, then top with black beans and salsa.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before topping with remaining chips, sour cream, and green onions.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
