Description
A delicious chili pie made with ground beef, tomatoes, and topped with Frito corn chips and cheddar cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 onion (diced)
- 1 (15 oz. can) tomato sauce
- 1 (15 oz. can) crushed tomatoes
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 6 bags Frito Corn Chips (mini bags)
- 2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef and onion in a skillet until brown. Drain the excess grease.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, garlic salt, chili powder, cumin, pepper and beef broth.
- Heat uncovered for 3-5 minutes until the flavors are combined.
- Cut open the top of the Frito corn chips.
- Spoon the chili mixture into the bag and top with the shredded cheddar cheese. Enjoy!
